    salt blocks have …
    salt blocks have minerals needed for the horse. in the wild horses find salt and minerals in certain rocks and in dirt and they need it to sustain proper health. there are also apple flavored mineral blocks and horses absolutely love them. also salt licks cause horse to drink more water. so its very good that you have one.

    That would be really annoying!! Do you know why they like salt so much? Because before we got him a salt lick, he would sit there and lick your hand,(he licked my brother’s entire arm). Thanks for the info!!

    montil << Thats cute that he can do that but if you maybe change the gaits latch to something more complicated then he should be fine. you can always get a padlock and lock the chain around the gait thats what a friend of mine has to do. hope u find something that works out…it is very aggrivating when a horse gets out, mine used to jump the fence so we had to raise the entire fencing it solved his problem though.

    My horse Golith got out today! It took us three hours to find him! Silly thing! Can you tell me how to make it so that he can’t get out anymore? He kicks the gate until the chain gets loose then he pushes it up with his nose.

    Oh my gosh! So cute!! Is it just me or do I hear a swarm of bees in the background? Also, the dirt is really hard, you can tell by their hoofs hitting the ground. You should put some soft new dirt in there so they can roll and be happy
    Just sayin.
